The cost is way too high. Didn't get an inspection report. No notes of tires being rotated. We asked if they could look into why both key jobs wuit working on the same day, it was ignored. Could have easily checked for codes. Very disappointed.

I dropped my car off thursday before m.L k weekend holiday for a friday morning oil change. My service rep, I believe his name was jason (or another name starting with J) called me to let me know that I needed my brakes done, not a big deal I have eighty five thousand miles on my vehicle I knew it was coming soon. Since it was a holiday weekend and I had plans that required us to have my vehicle I asked him if the work would get completed that day, he said "yes". At the end of the day, I got a call letting me know that the work would not be completed that day and the work had started so my vehicle was not drivable. The service rep that I spoke to at this point was a different person, he said that since my vehicle was not drivable they could provide me with a one for the weekend, but since he was about to get off work I would need to be down there in the next couple of minutes. That clearly was not gonna happen because I would need to arrange for a ride to get there. Since the dealership was closed on Saturday and Sunday, I could not pick up a vehicle to use on those days. I understand that jason is a commissioned worker and wanted to close his deal, and the tech is probaly flat rate and wanted to get his easy brake job started even if he knew he couldnt finish it, but at what expense? Clearly at mine. I purchased my vehicle at evergreen Chevrolet and have had all of my oil changes and service work done there. I'm a repeat customer. I clearly would have come back to get the work done. Particularly since it's my brakes and stopping is very important. Extraordinarily negative experience. I don't know if this is a training issue or a Jason issue, either way it eroded my trust. It would have been so easy to just let me know they would do their best to get it back in the shop and completed that day but if they couldn't, they'd let me know and I could pick it up and make an appointment for a day that would work for me.

My 2016 C7 Corvette had a massive electrical issue. Had to be towed to the dealer. It was found to be a shorted out battery, which was replaced and all test showed all to be good again. I was unable to pick up the car until Monday due to being out of town and also getting stuck in traffic. NOT really thrilled about it sitting outside all weekend.

Tire that u picked online on website when I made my appointment was not available when I showed up. So instead of getting two tires for around $600 I was only able to buy one for $700. Plus I walked the truck with the service manger to look for any damage and none was noted but when I got the truck back I had a crack windshield. Overall a pour experience.
