Front desk service was great (as always), cordial and respectful. I'm not sure about the service business practices thought, a battery replacement was quoted at $350, while an equivalent at Costco was available for less than $150. Attention to detail might be lacking, I'm not sure what's the service protocol but I forgot to mention one of the backstop lights was out and they didn't notice either ...

I really trust Joe after years of service, and the mechanics know the vehicles well. I appreciate them installing new wheel locks for me during tire rotation. Check-in was easy, coffee hot, waiting area comfortable, etc.

Had to come back a second time because the “lift was under repair and they needed to be upgraded to handle vehicles of my weight “. EV tech was also unavailable. I somewhat expected issues later like this because of the newness of EV technology but was hoping for something better.
