Went in for an oil change. They did it. Great. Only When checking out did they tell me I was due for my 30k service. Which includes oil change. So I had to schedule and pay for that separately. Essentially paying for 2 oil changes within one month. They also claimed it was ok bc I had put 3000 miles on my car in that month. Total nonsense. I put less than 800 per month on that car and no way put 3000 in one month. Something off here

Joe was very nice and my car was done earlier than expected. He left me a message that it was ready, but by the time I had a chance to listen to it, the shuttle driver had just left for lunch. I had to wait an hour to get picked up. I had a lot of stuff to carry, otherwise I probably would've made the long walk. I wasn't expecting my car to be done til 2:30p and didn't know the driver was unavailable between noon & 1p. Next time I'll make sure and check my messages more frequently.

The service desk guys are very professional and knowledgeable. They communicate well and keep one updated on the progress of the cars service, progress and if they are any issues that need further addressing. Joe at the Issaquah store has been extremely helpful through the years.

The service was excellent with Joe Torres the Service Advisor and the technicians as Emma Harden. I had several warranty issues that were taken care of quickly at my convenience. The Parts staff with Michael, Nick and Brent is also great, the best I've seen in my 55 years around cars, and I can tell they work well with Service. Thank you.

overall great, quick turnaround, pleasant to deal with, my only complaint was oily hand prints on the armrest, got on my shirt sleeve. Thanks,
