Joe took care of my truck.

I connected through the Delta Airlines employee perks program. While I received a flood of calls, Ponce’s kind voice and then willingness to spend all day with me trying cars helped me find just the right car without any sales pressure.

I had the silver wheels on my corvette exchanged for a set of black wheels from another corvette on the lot. I asked specifically that the black wheels be cleaned while they were off the car. Instead the wheels were cleaned on the car and only the front surface was wiped down and not even done correctly. The insides of the wheels were never touched and look like they have never been cleaned since the car was on the lot. This car was to come serviced. When I got home I started getting familiar with the car and noticed that the service was never completed. The car shows Maintenance Oil & Fluid Life Engine Oil 90% Transmission Fluid 72 % Transmission Filter 19%

Excellent communication and fast!

The cost is way too high. Didn't get an inspection report. No notes of tires being rotated. We asked if they could look into why both key jobs wuit working on the same day, it was ignored. Could have easily checked for codes. Very disappointed.
