Swift, & pleasant experience

Excellent service exactly what I was looking for. Joe Torres went above and beyond to make me happy just on a regular service.

When I booked my appointment they did it for wrong service and it had to be rescheduled. That was inconvenient for me. The oil change did go smooth when I did come in on the new appointment date.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! They got my car in the next day and took care of everything!

Installation of the part was great. However the part that was replaced was left in my engine compartment for me to find upon looking at the work done when I got home. Mistake happen and I understand that, but I was shocked to find it. I am also not really sure about the diagnostic charge of $250 that I was charged? My wife has this diagnostic charge waived once she approves work to be done at her dealership "Volvo".

Joe the Service Advisor got our vehicle in the next day and Nick in Parts made sure the parts arrived on time. Both are very friendly and professional, and an appointment time was set that worked for us. The overall service was excellent as we have come to expect. Thank you
